Safety & Verification
Is the Pin Up APK safe to install?
Yes when downloaded from Pin Up's official server and verified against the SHA-256 signature hash on the version history page. Signature match means it's the real binary. If the hash doesn't match, throw the file away regardless of where it came from. Sideloading any APK carries some risk — that's why I cross-check.
Why isn't Pin Up on Google Play?
Google's gambling policy restricts casino apps to a small set of geo-approved markets. Pin Up isn't in that set, so the app ships as a direct APK from Pin Up's official site. Standard for international casino operators. Not a red flag — the entire industry works this way.
Will my Android antivirus flag the APK?
Some antivirus tools (Avast, AVG, Bitdefender) flag any sideloaded APK as Potentially Unwanted Programs by default. That's signature-blind heuristics, not a real malware detection. The published SHA-256 hash is the authoritative check. If your antivirus blocks install, whitelist the file by SHA-256 or temporarily disable antivirus during install.
Where do I get the SHA-256 hash?
On the version history page. Each release row lists the SHA-256 fingerprint. Compute your downloaded file's hash with apksigner on Linux/Mac (apksigner verify --print-certs file.apk) or HashCheck on Windows. If they match, you have the real binary.
Does the APK send my location?
It can request location permission for region-specific features but you can deny it and the app still works. Pin Up needs IP-based geolocation for licensing compliance, not GPS. Privacy policy spells it out.

What's the minimum Android version?
Android 7.0 (API 24). ARM64 and ARMv7 architectures supported. Older devices need older APK builds — check the version history page for archived versions.
How much storage do I need?
APK file is 64.8 MB. Plan ~150 MB free during install (Android unpacks before cleaning up). Installed app footprint stabilizes around 90–110 MB depending on cached game assets.
Why does install fail with "App not installed"?
Three causes. (1) Older Pin Up installed with a different signing certificate — uninstall first. (2) Android below 7.0. (3) Corrupted download — re-download and verify SHA-256 before installing.
Can I install without enabling Unknown Sources?
No. Android blocks non-Play installs by default. Enable per-source: Settings → Apps → Special Access → Install Unknown Apps → pick Chrome → toggle on. Disable again after install if you prefer.
Does the APK auto-update?

The APK works in any country where Pin Up is operating — the country pages I've published are just where I've personally done the residential testing. Account & Money
Will my web account work in the APK?
Yes. Same account across web, mobile site, and APK. Sign in with the same email/phone and password. Balance, bonus state, game history, KYC status all carry over.
What payment methods work in the app?
