SHA-256 hash verified, install tested on Pixel 6a, Redmi Note 12, and Samsung Galaxy A14 across India, Brazil, and Kazakhstan residential connections. The changes are mostly behind-the-scenes — new live dealer table integrations, an Aviator client crash fix that's been bugging me for two months, and what looks like a payment SDK update for Pix in Brazil. I confirmed the outage from a residential Jio SIM in Goa and a second one in Mumbai. The fix is the same as the recurring playbook: switch your phone's Private DNS to one.one.one.one (Cloudflare) or dns.google, and the site loads again within 30 seconds.
The APK kept working through the outage because it talks directly to Pin Up's backend IP addresses, which weren't on the new Jio block list. Spent nine days bouncing between Banani and Gulshan in Dhaka with four prepaid SIMs — Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, and Teletalk.
